Register for the conference by filling up the registration form.
After the transaction is completed, do either of the following according to your mode of payment:
In case of UPI transfer, enter the UPI Transaction ID in the required field of the online registration form.
In case of bank transfer, upload a screen shot of the transaction or the transaction receipt on the online registration form.
After registration process is complete, a confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours containing the registration number.
Student identification should be presented at the registration desk while collecting the registration pack at the conference.
Your registration to the conference would include the access to all the sessions, conference kit, entry to the competition, breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Refund and Cancellation: Till October 25th, 2018: Full Refund October 25th, 2018 Onwards: No refund can be processed under any circumstances. Please note that no refund will be made for non-attendance of the event after registration. All cancellations of registrations must be notified to the conference coordinators through email.
2. Transfer of registration: You may however, chose to transfer existing registration to another person of the same organization, if you can no longer attend the conference, at no additional cost.
3. Program Agenda: The organizing committee reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the Agenda in order to best suit the objectives of the event. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in substitution or rescheduling or cancellation of a presentation, topic or speaker, in part or whole.
4. Right to Refusal: The organizing committee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual.
